Ready to live your best life?

Hello beautiful souls and awakening life warriors.

I believe healing happens in spaces where we feel safe, seen, and supported. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to live.

I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Expressive Arts Therapist, and Somatic Therapist with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, stress, and life transitions. My work is rooted in body-centred, trauma-informed therapy, which means we don’t just talk about your experiences—we also gently explore how they live in your body, nervous system, and daily patterns.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Some are navigating the impact of childhood wounds, difficult relationships, or past trauma. Others simply know something in their life isn’t working the way they want it to. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply individualized. I bring a wide range of therapeutic tools—over 100 practices drawn from somatic therapy, expressive arts, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed counselling. Together, we’ll discover which approaches resonate most with you so that your healing process feels supportive, empowering, and sustainable.

In addition to my professional training, I also bring lived experience as a trauma survivor. This has shaped the way I show up as a therapist—with authenticity, humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to do this work. I know that healing isn’t linear, and I believe that every person carries their own inner wisdom and capacity for growth.

Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, explore what matters most to you, and learn practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected to themselves and others.

If you’re feeling ready—or even just curious about starting therapy—I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.

From suffering to strength

Where your scars become the foundation of life lessons and growth

I work with trauma, PSTD, children’s trauma, anxiety, stress and burn out, depression, life transitions, career guidance, self esteem and self compassion.  My approach is geared towards a trauma-informed, strengths-focused and body-centered approach that invites greater resiliency in clients through self -expression, inner wisdom, and creativity.

Together, we can explore your emotions, feelings and stressors with a holistic approach that integrates body-mind connection. I’m super passionate about creating opportunity for more moments of curiosity, acceptance, and heart-focused intention. I love supporting my clients' personal growth in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for transformation and healing - so you can be the star as the “expert in your life'“.

Techniques such as talk therapy, breath work, gentle movement, body awareness exercises, somatic therapy, art and mindfulness are all melded together with a focus on restoring your sense of balance, releasing stress, promoting balance of your nervous system - and enhancing well being.

Does these thoughts or beliefs sound familiar to you?

-”I feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode”
”my past is holding me back”
-”my mind feels like my enemy”
-”My body feels tense, restless or unsafe”
-”I’ can’t relax or sleep”
-”I don’t know what is wrong with me or who I am anymore”
-”I feel disconnected, numb, frozen”
-”I’m exhausted and can’t find motivation”

I teach you to quiet the mind and to transform the stories we tell ourselves. so that you can choose to see versions of yourself that inspire. We develop patience, kindness, self acceptance and a sense of wise confidence - facing our fears with love.

Healing from trauma may be a lifelong journey. I want to see you have measureable results! With opportunities to expand self-awareness, emotional expression, presence and gratitude, we seek to transform the hard moments that shape us into who we are and guide our future.

Wake up to your extraordinary life

Deepen your connection to your body and its innate wisdom, gently rebuilding a sense of safety, presence, and trust through a trauma-informed, somatic approach.

Together, we’ll support your nervous system in expanding its capacity for emotional regulation, resilience, and integration—so you can move through life with greater steadiness and a renewed sense of agency.

This work honours the impact of trauma while inviting you to cultivate a more grounded sense of self-worth, self-compassion, and trust in your own unfolding, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

With care and curiosity, we’ll explore your inner world—developing insight and self-awareness while creating space for a more connected and embodied experience of being alive.

You’ll be gently guided in bringing awareness to internal narratives shaped by past experiences, with opportunities to soften and reshape patterns of self-talk in ways that feel empowering and kind.

Our work can also support your relationships, helping you establish clearer boundaries, communicate more authentically, and feel more anchored and confident in how you show up with others.

Through mindful, non-judgmental awareness, we’ll support the ongoing integration of thoughts, emotions, and body-based experiences—allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful.

At its heart, this process is about rediscovering your courageous, compassionate, and deeply authentic self.
