Healing from Trauma Starts with Feeling Safe and Supported
Trauma-informed, body-centered therapy in Surrey to help you calm your nervous system, process difficult experiences and reconnect with yourself.
Often, our internal monologue feeds our anxiety and emotional wounds. Our mind feels like its our enemy. Trauma from the past gets in the way of living fully and brightly.
But we can create a tomorrow filled with befriending our minds and initiating resiliency. Every shift inside allows me to a create a truth that creates my reality. Every moment is a chance to shift. I choose my truth.
Through lived and learned experience, I have been through adversity and prevailed. All the trials, hardships and tough times I have experienced have helped me to become the person I am today, I have opened up to greater trust within myself, the universe and God — as well as blossoming through connecting to my own wisdom, power, and even my flow of emotions.
